Tiffanie’s path to osteopathy started with a question she couldn’t stop asking: why isn’t this enough? After years as an exercise professional, she kept encountering people in chronic pain who needed more than a training program. She knew movement was part of the answer but not all of it. Osteopathy gave her the tools to go further, addressing the structural imbalances, restrictions, and compensations the body accumulates over time and that no single system works in isolation from another. Tiffanie works to understand the full picture. Everything from what hurts, to how you live, move, eat, and carry yourself. Her approach tackles every area so you can move well, eat well, and think well.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Steph has spent twenty years looking inside people’s mouths. After completing a continuing education course in myofunctional therapy, everything shifted. With her background bridging dental hygiene and myofunctional therapy, Steph brings a rare depth of knowledge to a field that sits at the intersection of breathing, sleep, oral health, and whole-body function.
Sarah’s sessions are a little brighter, a little louder, and a lot more intentional than what most people expect when they book a massage. Dr. Paul Conyette’s journey into medicine began on a gymnasium bleacher. As a teenager sidelined by severe asthma, he felt the isolation of being unable to move. It wasn’t until a chance introduction to traditional medicine and martial arts that he realized the profound power of integrative care. Today, with over 35 years of experience, Dr. Paul is one of the most eclectically trained practitioners in Canada, bridging the gap between high-level clinical science and holistic tradition.

Theresa joined the field after years of helping others in various capacities, finally finding the “why” that fuels her passion: treating the person, not just the symptom. Trained through Wellington College of Remedial Massage, Theresa’s approach is rooted in an osteopathic lens, focusing on how the musculoskeletal system functions as a deeply interconnected web.
