Tiffanie Bruneau
Bachelors of Kinesiology, Manual Osteopath (RMO), Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach (PPA), CrossFit Level 2 Coach
Tiffanie’s path to osteopathy started with a question she couldn’t stop asking. Why isn’t this enough? After years as an exercise professional, she kept encountering people in chronic pain who needed more than a training program.
She knew movement was part of the answer but not all of it.
Osteopathy gave her the tools to go further, addressing the structural imbalances, restrictions, and compensations the body accumulates over time and that no single system works in isolation from another.
Her greatest passion is supporting postpartum parents through the physical and emotional weight of new parenthood. The postpartum body carries an enormous load from the structural shifts of pregnancy and birth to the nervous system demand of caring for a new life.
Through hands-on osteopathic treatment, Tiffanie works to restore mobility, reduce pain, and help the body find its way back to balance, so that recovery lasts long-term. Drawing on advanced training in Osteopathic Care for Mother, Baby and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coaching, she holds a rare and specialized space for this season of life.
Tiffanie works to understand the full picture. Everything from what hurts, to how you live, move, eat, and carry yourself. Her approach tackles every area so you can move well, eat well, and think well.
Who is Tiffanie outside of the clinic?
Life for Tiffanie is beautifully full. Most of her time is spent “loving on” the little humans who call her mom whether they are joining her for a workout or watching a Disney movie together. While strength training is her jam, she’s equally at home in a dance class or practicing quiet meditation in the sun (even if there are little feet running around in the background).
A fan of historical dramas involving romance and Vikings, Tiffanie is also a dog person at heart, though she admires them from a distance due to some serious allergies! If you’ve ever wondered about her striking hair color, she’ll happily tell you it’s an all-natural gift from her great-grandmother Bruneau.
